Hayden Dublois, Owner of Caxambas Consulting LLC, is a public policy professional who serves as the Data & Analytics Director for the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA). Prior to his current role, Hayden served in a variety of other positions at FGA. Hayden also serves as a Visiting Economist at Opportunity Arkansas.
Hayden has written over six dozen research papers and policy memos; has testified before both chambers of the United States Congress as well as state legislative committees ranging from Wyoming to Vermont; and has had his work featured in a variety of media venues, including Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Glenn Beck Program, The National Review, The New York Post, Forbes, the Washington Post, Newsweek, and more. His work has also been cited by members of the United States Congress and public policy experts in a wide range of fields.
Prior to joining FGA, Hayden served as the Constituent Services Manager & Policy Analyst for Governor Phil Scott of Vermont. He has also advised and worked on over two dozen political campaigns.
In the 2024 election cycle, Hayden achieved a 100 percent success rate in the campaigns he managed, including unseating three Democrat incumbent lawmakers in liberal districts and securing the elections of Republican candidates in those districts for the first time in decades.
Hayden has a Bachelor's of Arts from Middlebury College, where he graduated magna cum laude. At Middlebury, he majored in Economics and minored in Political Science. Hayden also holds a Master's of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University, with a concentration in management. He is a member of the American Economic Association (AEA).
Hayden lives in Marco Island, Florida.
